Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the rare event of a significant delay, we will contact you directly via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated dynamically and clearly displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

While delivery times depend on your chosen carrier and location, our standard estimates are:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.

⚠️ Important Note on Brake Fluids & Aerosols: Due to transport safety regulations, certain products like DOT Brake Fluid and Aerosol Brake Cleaners are classified as hazardous materials (Hazmat) and must ship via Ground Service only. If these items are in your cart, expedited air shipping methods will be unavailable at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most residential and business addresses. However, please note that expedited shipping and certain fluid packages cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to avoid processing delays.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers typically become active and scannable within 24 hours of generation.

International Shipping: Customs, Duties, and Taxes

RUSH ships worldwide, but please be aware that international orders may be subject to local import duties. RUSH is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order by your country’s customs authority. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

While RUSH is not legally liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged while in the custody of the shipping carrier, your satisfaction is our priority.

  • If your package arrives damaged: Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take clear photos immediately and contact our support team at [Insert Support Email Address] or file a claim directly with the carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit: Please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open an official investigation with the courier on your behalf and help make it right.
