30-Day Free Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

  • Unused, un-installed, and un-mounted. (Parts that show signs of tool marks, installation, or grease cannot be accepted).

  • In its original packaging with all tags, bleeding blocks, olives/needles, and manuals included.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.


Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right immediately at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Opened Fluids & Consumables: For safety and shipping regulation reasons, opened bottles of brake fluid (Mineral Oil/DOT fluid) or brake cleaners cannot be returned.

  • Custom Orders: Custom-built or personalized items (such as custom-length brake hoses or specialized builds).

  • Final Sale Items: Items explicitly marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a separate, new purchase for the correct item on our website. This ensures your replacement part ships out to you as quickly as possible.


Refunds & Processing Time

We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will let you know if the refund has been approved based on the item's condition.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank Processing Note: Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies can take additional time (typically 3–5 business days) to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
